Terms of Service

Live Operations Driving & Safety Academy (the "Academy") is a program of Live Operations Consulting Inc., a Texas corporation ("we", "us"). These Terms apply to everyone who uses the Academy website and portal: company managers, drivers, assessors and visitors.

The Academy provides online workplace safety training for licensed, non-CDL delivery drivers, including lessons, quizzes, final tests, live in-vehicle assessments and certificates of completion.

The Academy is not a driving school or a licensing authority. It does not issue driver's licenses, it is not approved by the U.S. Department of Transportation or any state agency, and it does not guarantee any particular safety, insurance or legal outcome. A certificate shows that a driver completed the listed training and assessments on the date shown. It is not a license or a guarantee of future driving behavior.

You must give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Company managers are responsible for the people they invite and for removing access when someone leaves.

We may suspend an account that is misused, that puts anyone's safety at risk, or that breaks these Terms.

Never use a phone, tablet or the Academy while driving in a way that breaks the law or your company's rules. Watch lessons and take tests only while safely parked or off duty.

During a live assessment, the vehicle must be operated safely and lawfully at all times. The assessor or the on-site manager may stop an assessment at any time for safety reasons.

Training does not replace your employer's policies, the law or your own judgment on the road. If training content ever seems to conflict with the law or your employer's written policy, follow the law and your employer's policy, and tell us.

Do not share your login, copy or resell course content, upload anything unlawful or offensive, try to get around security, or use the Academy to collect information about others for unrelated purposes.

The courses, videos, images, narration, tests and software belong to us or our licensors. Companies and their drivers may use them only for their own training during an active subscription. Your company owns the training records it creates, as described in our Privacy Policy and Customer Agreement.

Companies pay a monthly subscription per driver seat, as described on our pricing page and in the Customer Agreement. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

The Academy is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not control how companies hire, supervise or dispatch their drivers.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for vehicle accidents, injuries or losses arising from driving. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your company paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we will post the new date here and, for company accounts, notify the manager by email. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
