These terms apply to this website and to discovery calls booked through it. They are between you and Live Operations Consulting Inc. By using the site or booking a call, you agree to them.

The Live Operations Driving & Safety Academy has its own Terms of Service and Customer Agreement.

The content on this site, including calculators, examples and estimates, is general information to help you think about your operation. It is not legal, tax, insurance or financial advice, and it is not a promise of any specific result.

A discovery call is a 30-minute conversation about your operation. The $50 fee is paid when you book and is fully credited toward any service you hire from us.

To reschedule or cancel, use the link in your booking confirmation. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the call, we will refund the fee. Fees for calls that are missed or cancelled later are not refunded.

Any paid engagement is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, price and timeline. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including how recommendations are put into practice. We do not guarantee specific savings, performance or insurance outcomes.

The platform dashboard on this site is a demonstration that uses sample data. It is provided as is and may change or be removed at any time.

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, copy it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

The site's text, design, logos and materials belong to Live Operations Consulting Inc. or its licensors. You may view and share them for your own business evaluation, but not copy, resell or republish them without our written permission.

Some features, such as booking and payment, are provided by other companies like Calendly. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a discovery call is limited to the amount you paid us for that call.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
