The Live Operations Driving & Safety Academy has its own Privacy Policy, which applies when you use the Academy.

Booking a call: when you book a discovery call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email address and the answers you give, such as your company, phone number and what you want to discuss.

Payments: the discovery call fee is paid through Calendly's payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

Emails and messages you send us, and information you share with us during a call or a consulting engagement, such as operational reports and performance data.

Basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which our hosting provider records for security and to keep the site working.

To schedule and hold calls, reply to you, prepare proposals, deliver the services you hire, send invoices, keep the website secure and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers that help us run the business: Vercel (website hosting), Calendly (scheduling and payment collection), its payment processors, and Google Workspace (email). They may use the information only to provide their service to us.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or to protect someone's safety.

Business data you share during an engagement is kept confidential and used only to deliver that engagement, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in to the demo dashboard. The Calendly booking widget may set its own cookies to run the booking. We do not use advertising cookies.

We keep booking and contact details while we are in touch with you and for as long as needed for our business records, tax and legal obligations. Engagement data is kept for the length of the engagement and the period agreed with the client.

We use encrypted connections and reputable providers, and we limit who can access your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit what we collect.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you emails, by writing to contact@consult-liveoperations.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law, and we will honor them as required. We will not treat you differently for using them.

This website is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
